Operations Staff

Ruben Enriquez, Director of Operations, has over 15 years’ experience and is responsible for handling landscape field operations. Ruben’s experience in all facets of landscape construction ensures that the landscape foreman and crews have the proper training, skills, guidance and tools required to install each custom design. Additionally, Ruben has received certified training in the Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Smart Program, along with custom low voltage lighting, concrete pavers and masonry. Ruben’s ability to understand customer concerns as well as enforce company standards and protocol help ensure a successful landscape project.

Abel Camacho, Landscape Superintendent, has been employed with Chip-N-Dale’s for over ten years. Abel has comprehensive training and certification with the installation of Unique lighting systems. He has completed extensive training with Rainbird irrigation and has completed the Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Smart Contractor Program. Abel is always available for customers and his           bi-lingual communication skills help bridge the language barrier between field staff and homeowners.

Miguel Martinez, Maintenance Superintendent, has been a dedicated Chip-N-Dale’s Custom Landscaping, Inc. employee for over 5 years. He is available to discuss best practices for maintaining your landscape on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Miguel manages fully staffed crews that are available to maintain your custom landscape after installation. Miguel and his staff are dedicated to keeping your custom landscaping looking beautiful for years to come.
