I would like to comment on our recent experience with Chip-n-Dales Landscaping We ( my wife & I ) called to request an estimate for landscaping in our Courtyard style home. Nick arrived and although our request was not a large job, we were immediately made to feel as if we were spending a million dollars. Nick made some excellent suggestions, one of which was lighting. My wife did not want the expense, however, Nick was very adamant that lighting would make all the difference in the world. On a subsequent visit Nick, Franco and Mike all arrived at our home to evaluate the job. They all made us feel extremely special, like we were your only customers. I have hired Chip-N-Dale’s Landscaping to build a custom outdoor Kitchen and I am extremely happy with the outcome of the project. Within a couple of days of my call they sent somebody out to discuss my ideas take pictures and measurements and a few days later I had a CAD drawing in my hands that exactly reflected my ideas. Chip-N-Dale’s was very helpful to find creative ways to stay within budget and still have all the essential features. Once we’ve settled on all the details the construction teams got to work and within record time everything was built and installed. Chip-N-Dale coordinated everything from the company that built the pergola to the electricians, the plumbing guys and the company that installed the granite counter tops. Everything went perfectly smooth. The foreman and his crew were extremely nice, professional and flexible. During the construction I was able to add a few minor changes to the design and they were implemented without any problems.

I was selling the house that had once belonged to my dad and was neglected by the tenant that had been living there. Greg was highly recommended by the real estate agent that was helping to sell the home for me. Chip-N-Dales landscaped our back yard. They created a very welcoming yard with paving, a bench wall, some large rocks, as well as trees and plants that are dog friendly. They extended our fence and added a new gate. Finding dog friendly plants and trees that will grow in Las Vegas is tough. We had some issues after our warranty was up. They handled the issues and charged us a very very fair amount for the work. We now have Chip-N-Dales taking care of our yard so I’m sure the plants and trees will do much better than they did the first year. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Chip-n-Dale’s Landscaping was very highly recommended by our Las Vegas real estate agent after we purchased a house. And now we are pleased to highly recommend Chip-n-Dale’s. When we were getting bids for the landscaping project, Greg (owner) came out to the house and measured and discussed some options. When it was time for the installation, the crew showed up on time, they were diligent about cleaning up any mess (including sweeping the street where they had unloaded rocks and plants), and they were very professional — all dressed in their Chip-n-Dale’s official uniforms. Just over a year later, we had an issue with the irrigation which was no longer under warranty, and I sent an e-mail to Greg at 9 PM. He responded to my e-mail within 30 minutes and said that Miguel (Director of Operations/Maintenance) would be out the next day. Miguel showed up the next morning and made the repair without question. We are now signed up for the monthly maintenance program so the professionals will do the trimming and upkeep of the plants and shrubs, as well as the irrigation! We have a large back yard that was all grass, until last winter. The water bills were large, and growing steadily. We decided to sign up for the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s rebate program for removing turf. We looked at several certified landscapers on the SNWA web site and, after an interviews and proposals, decided to put our dreams of a lush garden into the hands of Chip-N-Dale’s landscape Company. The owner, Greg Struhl, showed us his vision of how he would transform our yard, and we were on board. November 28, 2012 Chip-N-Dales Landscaping: My Wife and I bought our home new, 8 years ago. It is our first new home, built from scratch. We were beyond excited. At that time we were given 90 days to complete the landscaping plan for our unfinished backyard. We called many contractors, most of which never showed up. Even when being cautious the selection process mistakes &/or regrets sometimes occur. In our selection of a landscape contractor we tried to use due diligence. We (my wife & I) attended tw0 sessions provided by the Southern Nevada Water Authority with special reference to drip irrigation & landscape design. The SNWA provided information on how to hire, screen, & close the contract with a, landscape designer & installer. We reviewed the list of 89 landscapers that had completed and passed the the program on water, conservation provided by the SNWA. Each company on the list had a web site & phone number. I hired Chip-N-Dale’s to help me with a desert landscape in my front yard. Greg Struhl came out to help me decide on a plan that would work best for me. I had two large trees that I did not want to get rid of so we needed to work around them. He suggested digging up the grass, building a block retaining wall in front of the trees and running drip lines to the existing plants. He gave me suggestions of the stone to use and designed 2 different colors with a wave in the middle. Then a crew was sent to start the job. Phil came out, walked the yard asking what I wanted and providing suggestions for a new design. This was not a big job for them, but they treated it as if it was. The crew arrived on the appointed date set and went to work. They were in and out in three days and I had new front and back plantings, irrigation and lighting. On the final work day, the crew cleaned up everything as if they had never been on my property. Chip-N-Dale’s is a professional landscaping company. July 9, 2008 To Whom It May Concern, In April of this year my wife and contracted Chip-N-Dale’s Custom Landscaping Inc. to modify the landscaping design of our home. The results were amazing and they far exceeded our expectations. A low voltage lighting system was installed which is unlike any in our Sun City neighborhood. Most of the homes in our community use Malibu lights which can be found at places like Home Depot. There is no comparison between those lights and the ones we now have. Our home looks spectacular at night! Previously we had an irrigation system that was totally unsatisfactory. The plastic lines had been patched in many places and the emitters were unreliable. The Chip-N-Dale crew completely removed the old lines, etc. and installed an upgraded system that works perfectly.
